Even those who did only half the minimum recommended exercise still had benefits: 75 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week (or about 11 minutes a day) was linked with a 23% lower risk of early death, 17% lower risk of developing cardiovascular disease, and 7% lower risk of cancer. ππͺπ₯³
However, beyond 150 minutes per week, the additional benefits were relatively smaller. But, it's still a pretty amazing deal, right? π
